- Conduct mental state assessments of patients in the hospital's assessment departments or on wards
- Evaluate mental health requirements upon patients' discharge from West Suffolk Hospital
- Assess and manage risks
- Enhance awareness of mental health matters within the hospital, establish partnerships, and pathways for better patient outcomes
- Engage positively with colleagues across the Trust and external services
- Nursing degree, Dip OT, Clinical Psychology, or equivalent
- Engaged in ongoing professional development towards a degree
- Further education related to leadership or advanced clinical skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health practices
