Executive Talent Solutions are working with a leading property and hospitality group to recruit an experienced Group Finance Manager.

The business is a successful international property and leisure group based in Central London. They operate several high end hotels and restaurants as well as developing further sites.


The successful Consolidations Manager will work as part of a broader finance team supporting the current business and incorporating new entities as they grow.

The role offers a salary of £70-85k plus benefits. The role is office based in Mayfair 5 days perweek (not hybrid working).


Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the consolidations team
  • Overseeing the group consolidated reporting for circa 25 entities.
  • Leading and being supported on the group consolidations, IFRS and reporting
  • Supporting a highly acquisitive team alongside an FP&A team in delivering commercially
  • Provide clarity, structure and improvement of their accountancy & consolidations across the group
  • Work with senior finance professionals in the continues drive for excellent growth and results
You'll be driven and excited by contributing to a high growth environment and will need:

  • Professional finance qualification
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Strong technical accounting background in audit, consolidations, IFRS and reporting
  • Have exposure to head office/group accounting across multiple entities/sites
