Description

Duties:

Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
Market properties through various channels, such as online listings and social media
Maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Assist in the preparation of property listings, including taking photographs and writing descriptions
Stay informed about real estate market trends and changes in property laws and regulations
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in administrative tasks, such as managing paperwork and maintaining records
Experience in property management or sales is preferred, but not required
