- Lead Induction Training and oversee Set-Up Days
- Handle paperwork and high-risk activities as per Barracudas Guidelines
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Act as Deputy Designated Person for Safeguarding
- Keep Area Managers and Central Office informed
- Maintain staff attendance lists
- Daily tasks to run camp efficiently, including equipment checks, financial records, and parent communication
- Delegate tasks to team members
- Organize staff briefings and ensure smooth communication
- Support and communicate with the team
- Liaise with parents and guardians
- Ensure site and equipment are well-maintained
- Act as a point of contact for school relations
- Assess and review staff performance
- Attend mandatory Senior Training events
- Have childcare experience and team leadership skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Obtain an enhanced DBS check through Barracudas
- Provide professional/academic references
- Complete Online Training annually
- Coordinate pack up at the end of camp
- Follow Health and Safety procedures diligently
- Prepare for Induction training
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance at all times
- Complete staff evaluations
- Report Child Protection concerns
- Administer necessary medication correctly
- Support swimming sessions if needed
- Perform other duties as required
