Job description - Client Success Executive

In this Early Careers scheme in Windsor, you'll be taught the three essential crafts of the company; science, strategy and creativity.

You will be trained and taught across all aspects of the business in order to learn how client projects are run from start to finish to ensure commercial success for both the client and the agency.

As your knowledge increases, your interactions will cover more complex client issues, demos, pitches and clinical trials.


Please note that this job is based in Windsor 2 to 3 days a week.

Key responsibilities - Client Success Executive

  • As this is an early careers Graduate Scheme, you will undergo topclass training on all elements of the role

The responsibilities include:
_

  • Assisting internal staff in gathering requirements for client pitches; planning the approach for the project to input into the cost estimate, scope of work and project plan.
  • Developing an understanding of the marketing strategies and tactics used on projects and how these are effective for meeting clients' objectives.
  • Briefing client requests to other inhouse teams in a simple, concise, manner to ensure that they are fully aware of the client's requirements.
  • Participate actively in client calls and meetings and build and maintain good client relationships.
  • Inspiring confidence in the delivery of work throughout the agency, by proactively liaising with all agency team members involved in projects.
  • Foster great relationships and become a trusted partner to all internal departments and crossfunctional teams.
  • After completing the graduate scheme, the training will allow you to skyrocket in the company_

Job Requirements - Client Success Executive

  • A degree from university (Health and Science related is a plus)
  • Interest in marketing, branding and advertising as a career path.
  • Interest in working within healthcare.
  • Highly motivated, driven & ambitious.
  • Confident ability to liaise and communicate effectively with clients and various stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines
