Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator looking for a role in LS12 with WFH days? This is an excellent opportunity to work for a Manufacturing company with a exciting and unique product in their busy Customer Service team.
This role is CustomerService and Administration and is speaking to their small to large Retailers.Location - LS1- Parking
Salary £22,000
Hours:
Mon
- Fri Hybrid
- Dealing with inbound telephone calls in relation to orders/queries etc.
- Liaising with Trade customers
- Liaison with carriers in relation to deliveries and shipping
- Export documentation
- Investigating and inputting credit notes
- Inputting stock returns
- Organising collections
- Making outbound telephone calls to follow up specifics and sales activity
- Processing orders on portals
