Description

Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator looking for a role in LS12 with WFH days? This is an excellent opportunity to work for a Manufacturing company with a exciting and unique product in their busy Customer Service team.

This role is CustomerService and Administration and is speaking to their small to large Retailers.

Location - LS1- Parking

Salary £22,000


Hours:
Mon

  • Fri Hybrid
The role;

  • Dealing with inbound telephone calls in relation to orders/queries etc.
  • Liaising with Trade customers
  • Liaison with carriers in relation to deliveries and shipping
  • Export documentation
  • Investigating and inputting credit notes
  • Inputting stock returns
  • Organising collections
  • Making outbound telephone calls to follow up specifics and sales activity
  • Processing orders on portals
