We have a new vacancy for a Regional Care Coordinator, supporting local authorities with an assessment of care need by providing and installing wireless monitoring of activity equipment in to peoples homes.

This is a regional role covering sites across Fife, Scotland.

The role:

Installing wireless activity monitoring equipment into peoples homes, supporting living properties and also care homes
Monitoring of between installations to ensure they are working effectively
Review activity data and create reports for each site
Attend meetings and provide support to individuals, carers, families and care professionals to help them understand the technology and how to use the data collected
Provide reassurance and support to individuals during the installation period
Plan regular service review meetings with care professionals and local authorities using the service
Taking real care in the work that you are doing to help support those that use the services

Skills & Experience:

Ideal applicants will be naturally comfortable working in the adult care sector and empathetic to those
Personable with excellent communications skills to articulate plans to customers in an empathetic manner
Practical skills to simply install wireless motion monitoring equipment (no electrical work or power tools required)
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work independently to complete tasks
Ability to analyse data and create reports that show activity and highlight any anomalies
Experience in a social care role will be an advantage, but not essential
