Responsibilities:
Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children
Ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development
Promote and facilitate strong and communicative relationships with parents, carers and other family members
The capability to observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas of improvement and tailoring teaching strategies accordingly
Maintain a culture of self-evaluation and self-development to promote continuous learningKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Level 3 or above recognised childcare qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation of knowledge in early childhood education and development.
Extensive experience working with children in a nursery setting
Strong communication skills to interact with children, their families, and other staff members effectively
The ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that stimulate children's cognitive, physical, and social development
Knowledge of paediatric health, safety, and emergency procedures to ensure the well-being and security of children in the nursery
