The Learning & Enterprise College Bexley is a vibrant, financially secure adult education institution responsible for delivering high quality outcomes for students, residents and employers, while contributing to the strategic objectives laid out in Bexley Council's corporate priorities for adult learning, employment and wellbeing.


We are currently looking for someone ready to make their next career move into adult education, teaching on our variety of ESOL courses from pre-entry to Level 2 at the Learning and Enterprise College Bexley.


As a LECB tutor, you will have a fantastic opportunity to grow as a teacher, whilst embracing key developments within Adult Education as well as building learners' confidence and progression routes through vocational accredited courses.

You will receive a comprehensive induction and support throughout your role.


You must hold the following:

  • A full recognised teaching qualification, working towards or will be willing to work towards one (minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training)
  • A minimum of Level 2 in English, maths and ICT or equivalent (maths and English screening tests will be completed at interview)
