gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and currently looking to recruit a Team Leader - Food Manufacturing in Avonmouth (BS11) for
The Real Wrap Co who are a multi award winning team of sandwich and food-to-go experts on a mission to create great food, sustainably.

They are a carbon negative manufacturer and have been ranked for the third year running in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100.

The business has doubled in size each year, now producing over 20 million products per year.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to join the busy and growing team at our food manufacturing site in Bristol.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Managing a team in fast paced food manufacturing environment
Day to day management of a team, improving team performance, efficiencies and KPI's
Training new staff and existing team members
Ensuring all health and safety and food safety requirements are understood and followed

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are:

Results driven and motivated to lead a team to achieve targets and KPI's
Quality minded with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work under pressure
Experienced in working in a food manufacturing / production / fast paced environment
Capable of working on your own initiative with the ability and confidence to make decisions

This is for a day shift position.
