Description
The responsibilities of the Events Manager are:
- Ensure smooth operations of all courses, conferences and events
- Liaising with venues, ensuring the joining instructions are sent out on time
- Ensure all accommodation and necessary equipment is booked
- Lead the Events Administrator in the delegation of event organisation and administration tasks, procedures and systems
- Maintain and ensure the course spreadsheet are fully up to date and accurate at all times
- Report into the director on a weekly basis
The responsibilities of the Junior Administrator are:
- Assist the Events Manager ensuring smooth operations of all courses, conferences and events
- Send out joining instructions
- Assist in collating course and conferences notes
- Chase up evaluation and feedback forms from all events
- Answer online enquiries
Profile
The successful Events Manager will posses:
- Ability to handle responsibility confidentially and comfortably
- Highly organised, with proven excellent multitasking and prioritising skills
- Excellent time management
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel
- Positive 'can do' attitude
Job Offer

- Up to £32k for the Events Manager role
- Up to £23k for the Events admin role
