    We are currently looking for a Chef to work with our integral team at Six Hills Way, Stevenage, SG1 2DA

    Perks of the job

    • £26,000 per year
    • Full time – 40 hours per week
    • Monday – Friday, 7am – 3.30pm

    What you'll be doing

    ⦁ Produce and cook food in line with recipe cards.
    ⦁ Work in line with company allergen policy
    ⦁ Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch, hospitality lunches, food for the coffee bar and retail shop
    ⦁ Full knowledge of all menu items served.
    ⦁ Deep cleaning of the kitchen area
    ⦁ Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
    ⦁ Management of production to ensure minimal wastage.
    ⦁ Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
    ⦁ Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents.
    ⦁ Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists

    Experience

    • Relevant culinary qualification or at least 2 years experience in a similar position
    • Experience working in a kitchen at a chef level
    • Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha's Law), full training will be given
    • Excellent team player and communicator
    • MBDA security vetting process
