Hybrid / 5 days in Cannock spread over 2 weeks.


As a Treasury Accountant, you will be responsible for;

  • Group debt facilities of c.£300m
  • Assisting and support Treasury team
  • Group Treasury cash/liquidity management
  • Group Foreign Exchange requirements
  • Onboarding of new acquisitions to online banking facilities
  • Quarterly banking audits
  • Managing group treasury activities for all banks across the group including the ABL facility with Wells Fargo. Forecast cash requirements, headroom and availability
  • Completing the monthly Borrowing Base Certificate for Wells Fargo and ensuring compliance with our headroom covenant
  • Managing foreign exchange requirements across the group
  • Leading the quarterly Wells Fargo Banking Audit
  • Managing daily cash balances ensuring there are sufficient funds to cover the groups commitments and responsible for completing group draw downs and transfers
  • Consolidating all entities cashflows into a group file to determine our overall group headroom position with Wells Fargo, ensuring compliance with our ABL agreement covenant
  • Weekly availability / loan reconciliations between Wells Fargo report and cashflow
  • Daily reconciliations of the group ABL loan and collateral ledger to Wells Fargo portal
  • Completing the monthly UK and Ireland Borrowing Base Certificate for Wells Fargo
  • Onboarding new entities into the UK/Ireland's online banking facility
  • Assisting with onboarding entities onto our ABL agreement with Wells Fargo
  • Managing foreign currency requirements for the Group (Euro/Dollar)
  • Completing a monthly FX and interest rate tracker
  • Monthly ABL reconciliations to the general ledger and posting amortisation of fees
  • Completing the monthly group funding committee reports and assist at the meetings
  • Reconciling and posting all associated transactions for our financial instrument hedges / FX forwards
  • Leading for the external quarterly banking audit with Wells Fargo
  • Cover for England and Wales treasury activities including bank payments, daybook, posting daily payments and reconciling the bank accounts
  • Forecasting future cash requirements, receipts, invoicing and current headroom position for the group
  • Monthly reconciliations for England and Wales third party/finance agreements
  • Administrator for all online banking across the Group
  • Treasury support for the Group
  • Other adhoc treasury duties as required

As a Treasury Accountant, you will demonstrate;

  • Significant treasury experience (3+ years)
  • Qualified/Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA
  • Substantial financial accounting experience to trial balance and management accounts level
  • Extensive Excel experience
  • Signficant understanding of Processes / Accounting Principles
  • Significant experience of working in a busy finance environment
  • Extensive diligent, accurate and high level attention to detail skills
