    Job Description

    We are in search of a skilled Commercial and General Property Solicitor with 1 to 4 years of post-qualified experience to become part of our Salisbury based Team.

    Job Summary

    In this role, you will collaborate closely with team members, specializing in Commercial property transactions, while also handling rural and estates property work for private clients.

    The Team

    Our team is composed of 5 partners and 12 other dedicated fee earners.

    Key Objectives and Responsibilities

    • Provide support on intricate transactions involving the sale, purchase, or leasing of significant properties and businesses.
    • Manage your caseload (initially under supervision) with the expectation of reduced supervision as you gain experience.
