£36,000 FTE + Benefits

Linq Healthcare are working exclusively with one of the UK's largest Homecare providers, who are looking for an exceptional Homecare Nurse.


This role will require you to be highly passionate and determined to enhance patient care, enjoy being a part of an inspirational and innovative team, and comfortable with solo work.


Our client has a therapeutic approach to home based care with a much lower caseload than expected within NHS Community Nursing.

Essentially you will be participating in telephone calls, video calls and home visits as part of the patients care program, covering specialist treatments such as IV Therapies, IVF, Asthma, Dermatology and Arthritis.

There is also a training aspect to the role, as you'll have the responsibility to teach patients and carers on how to administer their own treatments through IV, Sub-Cutaneous Injections and Cannulation.

Experience in these methods, along with maintenance on the medical devices, are necessary.

This is a part time role, 22.5 hours a week. Shifts will be Monday - Friday (3-day week), hours 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm


Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Registered Practitioner with NMC registration.
  • Full driving license with access to own transport
  • Experience in subcutaneous therapies, cannulation and phlebotomy skills, care of IV devices and IV therapies
  • Strong team player, with the ability to work on own

Duties of this role include:


  • To assist in providing excellent standards of patient care on behalf of the client and associated healthcare professionals in the UK
  • To be responsible, without supervision, for the teaching of patients/carers to selfadminister therapy, or the administration of therapies to patients.
  • Participating in telephone calls, virtual calls and home visits.
  • To assist in providing a solution that will support and assist the patient and the healthcare professional in delivering a seamless service between hospital and the home.
  • Accurate recording of all patient care related activities.
  • Maintaining own professional profile in relation to Continuing Professional Development.**
