Description

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a new Division focused on the Digital Marketing in the USA.

This role is based in the UK, with the

[optional] opportunity to relocate.


You will have a proven track record in sectors such as; sales, marketing, PR, digital and data, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar market.


You will be responsible for delivering high quality recruitment services to our US clients, developing and maintaining long-term relationships, and expanding our US market presence.


You will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our US operations and have the potential to build and lead a team in the future.

- Negotiate and close successful placements

  • Research and keep up to date with industry trends and market conditions
  • Maintain accurate records and data
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in a similar market
  • Proven success in delivering quality placements
  • Indepth knowledge of recruitment techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
