Reed are working with a global university based in Chelmsford who are looking for a
Client Services Executive to work within their Apprenticeships department.

This is a great opportunity to work within a friendly team and the opportunityfor progression.

Working Hours - 37 hours a week, Agile Working

Salary - £27,929 - £31,411 per annum

Duties of the
Client Services Executive will include but not limited to:

  • Dealing with all inbound enquiries, responding within a timely manner
  • Coordinating leads and guiding through the process
  • Administration duties of enquiries including follow ups
  • Develop an understanding of the opportunities for apprenticeships
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Supporting of events which will include travel

Skills required:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Able to take initiative
  • Travel to Cambridge or Peterborough office for team meetings
