Reed are working with a global university based in Chelmsford who are looking for a
Client Services Executive to work within their Apprenticeships department.
Working Hours - 37 hours a week, Agile Working
Salary - £27,929 - £31,411 per annum

Client Services Executive will include but not limited to:
- Dealing with all inbound enquiries, responding within a timely manner
- Coordinating leads and guiding through the process
- Administration duties of enquiries including follow ups
- Develop an understanding of the opportunities for apprenticeships
- Provide excellent customer service
- Supporting of events which will include travel
Skills required:
- Customer Service Experience
- Able to take initiative
- Travel to Cambridge or Peterborough office for team meetings
