We're building out a new team to work in partnership with one of our large Government Clients, and therefore looking for an Administrator to join on the journey


The team manage queries around the annual leave entitlement for our clients' employees, supporting them with anything from answering general holiday questions to adding additional days to employees entitlements.

Your role would be to support them with any questions, queries and support using the query management software.

The role is Hybrid, working two days per week in the Newport office and 3 days from home.


What you'll be doing:


  • Support employees with general annual leave entitlement queries.
  • Adding additional holidays to employees entitlement.
  • Updating the software to reflect changes made to employee profiles.
  • Resolve queries and escalate more challenging ones where needed (i.e. a team leader/manager/other group), and log if appropriate.
  • Support line management on any additional admin when required.

What you'll bring:


  • Customer service focus.
  • Attention to detail.

It would be great if you had:

  • Prior experience working in partnership with a government body.
  • Experience with Oracle.
