As a Team Assistant you'll provide the Directors with professional, statistical and overall administrative support to maintain the efficient and effective performance of the operations team.
It's your job to keep month and year to day cost centre information and highlight trends in reporting of statistical data.
Provide a single point of contact for internal and external agencies on all aspect of administration and financial authorisations as well being responsible for the data analysis/ interrogation, compilation, and distribution in various formats.
The must haves:
- Experience in an Administration role
- Experience in the use of Microsoft packages specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experienced and accustomed to supporting multiple managers
- Able to gather and evaluate insight and information to produce weekly updates or reports as required by the management teams
Other stuff we're looking for:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for internal and external stakeholder audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and resolve conflicting priorities and stakeholders
- Knowledge of the Telecoms industry
