- Immerse yourself in clients' objectives to translate their needs into product concepts and designs.
- Work closely with and present to clients to ensure their visions are captured accurately.
- Build presentations and other visual marketing tools to support project pitches.
- Conduct research and create innovative ideas to develop new product concepts that meet client needs.
- Visualise and refine concepts by creating both 2D and 3D visuals.
- Create detailed and accurate graphic and 3D files for manufacturing products.
- Exhibit initiative, driving projects forward with strategic direction, creative insight and a commercial mindset.
- Support and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge to enhance team competency and confidence.
- Coordinate effectively with Account Managers, Buyers, and Project Managers to ensure a collaborative approach.
- Commit to high-quality standards across all design projects, pushing creative boundaries and striving to exceed expectations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, leveraging fresh insights to keep our work relevant and deliver the best for our clients.
- Maintain a proactive approach, proposing new ideas that elevate the department's capabilities and, ultimately, our client's experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Rhinoceros (or similar), Keyshot/Adobe Dimension, and Zbrush (or similar).
- Strong visualisation and development skills for 3D models.
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Illustration, animation, or product photography skills are a plus.
- Work on exciting merchandise projects while developing your skills across a range of products and breifs.
- Engage with a creative and collaborative team, delivering for some of the largest and most exciting brands in the world.
