- Work on projects (various sizes and budgets) from inception to completion
- Ensure that each of the restaurant brand's DNA is applied
- Involvement in the discussions and cooperation with external design teams as well as project managers, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery of projects
- Create design presentations and architectural drawings/detailing
- Design hospitality bespoke furniture, including lighting
- Develop detailed specifications and schedules
- Work within a friendly and international team
- Minimum four years' post-qualification experience with proven experience in delivering high-end design schemes from concept to completion
- An exceptional eye for detail, colour, and knowledge of suppliers, contractors, and manufacturing techniques
- Creative, highly organised and efficient
- Enjoying working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team or directly with senior management
- Advanced AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite & Photoshop mastery is indispensable
- Confident and good presentation skills, both face to face as well as virtually
- Great overall understanding of the technical aspects of a project
- Hand sketch skills are a massive plus
- In addition, excellent verbal and written communications are essential, as you will be liaising between multiple internal and external teams
- Availability for international travel to visit the projects
