- Understands the project's design brief and work towards its successful delivery
- Works with the design team to prepare documentation for client presentations, including the use of CAD drawings, sketches, 3D models, rendered elevations and mood imagery.
- Coordinates design proposals and development with internal and external design teams
- Reviewing of initial draft of drawing packages.
- Oversees workflow and deliverables for Project Designers in terms of delegation of tasks and communication within project teams.
- Review drawing packages produced by external consultants and ensure the implementation of the design intent across all disciplines.
- Attends site visits, installation of goods to site meets with the specified project timeframes.
- Up to 8-10 years proven experience managing high-end residential projects from inception through to completion
- Understanding of construction costs and a working knowledge of materials and suppliers and their respective costs
- Hospitality experience is a must
- Well-versed in interior architecture including spatial planning, joinery, finishes, etc
- Well-versed in FF&E including furniture dimensions, suppliers, and price point

Description
Oyster Partnership are working exclusively with a Luxury Super Prime Real Estate Developer in London. They are well known for developing some of the most notable Luxury schemes in London and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer/Architect to join their team.
The primary function of the Senior Interior Designer is a creative project production role focused on designing and supporting the day to day delivery of project content as well as generating ideas.

• At least one industry recognised diploma or degree in interior design, interior architecture or furniture design.
In return you will receive a salary up to £50,000 + Bonus.
