    SALARY:
    £48,183 - £50,636


    You will serve as a representative for a reputable organisation, advocating in a range of hearings including fitness to practice, interim order applications, review hearings, high court extensions, cases of illegal practice, and restoration applications.


    The appointed Lawyer will be coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to advance cases actively and achieve the most suitable resolution as promptly as possible.

    Extensive expertise in conducting investigations and meticulously preparing cases for hearings. Profound understanding of investigative techniques, evidence rules, human rights principles, tribunal proceedings, regulatory precedents, and procedural requirements.

    The organisation are considering candidates at Solicitor or Barrister level with at least 3+ years' PQE.
