Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a part-time Commercial Property Lawyer, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a local authority organisation based in the Midlands on a locum basis for a minimum of 6 months

The commercial property lawyer will be able to work on a hybrid basis for part-time hours. The role is predominantly property law

The lawyer's duties may include:

• preparing and drafting full title reports
• leases and licenses
• land registry
• landlord and tenant matters.

The council are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer with property law experience that can hit the ground running.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive.
