£50,000 p/a + Car Allowance + Mileage

We at Blakely Scott are working in partnership with national provider that hold a strong reputation for supporting adults with mild to severe complex needs that range from, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Challenging Behaviour and Autism.

We are assistingour client with the recruitment for a new Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of Residential and Supported Living services in Northampton and surrounding areas.


About the Role:


Our client are seeking a proven operator that has a genuine passion for the quality of care and services provided.

This Operations Manager will have a 'hands-on' approach to their leadership style, and someone that wants to act as a visible presence acrossthe portfolio of Residential and Supported Living services that support those with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Challenging Behaviour and Autism.

This Operations Manager will have the pleasure of inheriting a region that is already succeeding withits delivery of quality with CQQ and will continue to improve upon the region's current success.

This Operations Manager will also continue the delivery of growth and direct leadership and management in all aspects of the operational functions to the clientsand Registered Managers.

Skills &v Requirements:


  • A detailed knowledge of the regulatory and statutory requirements associated with social care is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a matrix organisation and to deliver continuous improvement via coaching, mentoring and strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the key business activities associated with leading a care home, specialist service or supported living operation.
  • Operational leadership experience of adult Residential and Supported Living services.

Summary:


Our client are looking for this Operations Manager to provide support to existing Registered Managers in day to day operations ensuring that the service meets the organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal and regulatoryrequirements, environmental policies and general duty of care.

In return, our client are offering a base salary of £50,000 p/a + Car Allowance + Mileage + Pension Contribution.
