The Story
Our client, a market leading healthcare business, are currently expanding their Commercial Finance function following Private Equity funding from a leading PE house.
Alongside forecasting and budgeting processes, you will be expected to work closely with operations to ensure transparency on business performance and maximising EBITDA potential.
The Role
- Supporting forecasting and budgeting processes
- Ownership of weekly flash reporting ensuring integrity of data
- Providing high level MI, primarily around sales performance of each site
- Business partnering with marketing, sales and practice managers
- Actively improving reporting processes
- Working with practice managers on pricing strategies
- Occasional travel to sites to build rapport
- Any other adhoc duties
The Individual
- You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Comfortable within a high growth, ever changing business
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience of building out KPI's
- Experience of translating key financial information to nonfinance
