Governance & Compliance Administrator

toob is a new
full-fibre broadband provider on a mission to transform the South of England's internet experience by delivering the fastest broadband. toob have a bold plan to open its network to more than a million premises across the South of England over the next 10 years and want to play an active role in helping the communities around the area to thrive.

Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit a
Governance & Compliance Administrator.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing processes and procedures to ensure toob remains compliant with legislation and its information security and business continuity accreditations.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Maintain documents and records pertaining to toob's certified standards and compliance environment
Stay up to date with ISO information security and business continuity standards
Own the compliance roadmap, coordinating activity and taking action to ensure ISO standard and certification alignment
Work with new and existing suppliers to ensure staff and customer information is processed to the highest standards.
Work with business leaders and staff across toob to ensure internal and external auditing activity, training and awareness is maintained to a high standard
Act as the company's information security liaison, managing general data related requests, incidents and complaints while working closely with toob's data protection officer and general council as required
Ensure compliance monitoring, ensuring process and procedures are implemented and followed

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

Disciplined administrative and organisational skills
ISO/GDPR/compliance experience
Strong analytical skills
Good communication skills
Strong experience in a similar role
