The role:
This will be a very busy role for someone who is self-motivated and can demonstrate a positive attitude to work.
You will be working closely with the engineers to ensure smooth running of jobs from booking appointments to signing off call sheets.
As the Receptionist your key responsibilities would be:
- Answering telephones and manning reception area
- call handling
- Logging call outs on database and providing call outs to engineers
- Filing & archiving
- Dealing with incoming queries and direct them to correct person customer services
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
- Inputting new and cancelling contracts on database
- Updating customer spreadsheets
- Support of service/operations admin
- General admin duties updating holiday records/sick leave
- Excellent administration skills.
- Good knowledge of IT, experience with Protean would be beneficial
- Building relationships with existing and new members and strengthen their perception of support they get from us
- Working as part of a closeknit team to support each other, as well as give a fantastic service to clients.
