Health, Safety and Environmental Administrator Apprentice

Hourly Rate:
£6.00 per hour (due to increase with service length)

Job Overview:

Paneltex is offering an exciting opportunity for a Health, Safety and Environmental Apprentice to join our team in Kingston Upon Hull.

As a Health, Safety and Environmental Admin Apprentice, you will provide excellent admin support to our established Health, Safety and Environmental team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Document controlling of approved HS&E documents.
Preparing training packs for new starters
Scanning and photocopying documents
Inputting data on Training matrix and Excel spreadsheets
Replenishing first aid rooms/stores and updating HS&E notice boards
Arrange meetings and training courses, as required
Ordering supplies and equipment for the HS&E department
Answering the telephone and directing relevant queries to other members of the team.

Qualifications:

GCSE Level 5 or above in English
GCSE Level 5?or above in Maths
