We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, a Marketing Coordinator to join their existing team on a permanent basis.
Main duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinating the design studio on a daily basis, ensuring work is scheduled and deadlines are met.
• Distributing product samples to media and sponsored athletes.
• Uploading digital content to website, social media and email platforms.
• Collating data and preparing monthly reports.
• Coordination of point-of-sale material, from concept to production.
• Coordinating photoshoots, including booking of photographers / studio time, models, arranging product etc.
• Support with preparation of event kit and material and attend events where required.
  • Coordination of department purchase orders and invoicing.
• Maintaining marketing content archives, ensuring all content is saved correctly as per department guidelines.
• Receipt of incoming department phone calls and emails.

• A good level of general education – GCSE (or equivalent) passes in Maths & English  Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision.
• A can-do attitude.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A good telephone manner and bright personality
• Excellent computer skills
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to build relationships quickly.
• Ability to solve practical problems with minimal guidance / supervision.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and a flexible attitude to working.

• Degree level education
• Marketing qualifications or the equivalent
• Previous marketing role experience and/or a desire to develop a career in marketing.  Experience of liaising with third parties such as graphic designers, POS manufacturers and printers
• Experience working with email and web platforms.
• Full UK Driving License
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop)
• A passion for cycling and / or the outdoors.
• Experience of working with sports/cycling brands
