Culture Guru is recruiting for a Social Seller - Appointment Setter with top-notch content writing skills with a hunter mentality for a well-established environmentally-aware firm, progressing through an exciting transformative time within its business journey.


Role Requirements;

  • Utilise existing data and online tools to research and identify potential customers in targeted companies.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Premium and/or Sales Navigator to connect with key contacts, focusing on decisionmakers and influencers within the organisations.
  • Craft personalised and compelling messages to initiate conversations and build relationships with prospects.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit for services.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with prospects to articulate the company value proposition and arrange appointments for the sales managers.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls from potential customers, answer their queries, and provide appropriate assistance (overflow).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and provide necessary information to facilitate effective followup.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities using Dynamics CRM.

  • Hunter/ gatherer mindset, with the ability to research and approach the correct target audience
  • Strong ability to be proactive and selfmotivated
  • Previous experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or other similar platforms
  • Familiarity with online social sales tools such as LinkedIn Premium, and Sales Navigator.
