Construction Solicitor Non-contentious Highly Tiered Practice London 2-5 PQE Billable Hours With roots tracing back to the 1700s, the historic firm are seeking a non-contentious construction solicitor with ideally 2-5 PQE to join their reveredreal estate practice.

The firm - recently accredited 'Law Firm of the Year' - are renowned for offering a unique mix between high quality work and a good work life balance, with a billable hours target a fraction of the size of their magic circle competitorsat 1200 for senior associates.

The role will see you involved in:
- domestic construction work for a range of clients (on and offshore) including high net worth individuals, joint ventures, corporate and commercial organisations, institutional investors anddevelopers, industry bodies and private healthcare providers;
- contract drafting and advisory including bespoke and based on recognised industry forms principally JCT and NEC, bonds, guarantees and other construction security documents, development agreementsand agreements for lease;
