- Design, specify, and oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC/mechanical systems for construction projects.
- Manage the design phase of these systems, ensuring they meet all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to incorporate necessary requirements into the overall project blueprint.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and taking necessary steps to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers to guarantee adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct on-site visits and inspections to verify the proper installation and commissioning of HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Supervise the handover of systems to the client, providing all essential documentation and conducting client training on system usage and maintenance.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering similar projects within the construction sector.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards such as ASHRAE, ASME, and HVAC codes.
- Strong project management capabilities, handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively, exhibiting high self-motivation and initiative.
- Openness to travel to project sites when necessary.
