- Manage a dynamic portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting needs are met with precision and excellence.
- Handle the preparation and submission of year-end accounts, Corporation Tax Computations, VAT Returns, and Confirmation Statements.
- Reconcile client accounting records via Excel or accounting software.
- Client Payroll; weekly, monthly, and yearly.
- Preparation and submission of monthly CIS returns.
- Manage and mentor junior members of the team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Qualified Accountant with General Practice experience.
- Experience in managing and/or mentoring junior members of a practice team, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of professional regulations and best practice.
- Customer-centric mindset, coupled with excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to multitask.
