    Nestled in the heart of the iconic Salts Mill, amidst the stunning World Heritage site of Saltaire, West Yorkshire, this opportunity is to join a vibrant, family-run enterprise.

    They thrive across retail, hospitality, and property/office rental sectors, serving tenants from diverse industries.

    Join the team as a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant, where you'll be at the forefront of their operations. Monitoring sales ledger and ensuring timely debtor follow-ups

    Handling daily department takings processing and banking preparations

    Conducting statement and monthly bank reconciliations with precision

    Assisting with monthly payroll processing and contributing to process improvements

    Managing general administrative tasks and providing insightful reports and analysis as required.

    Ideally two years of relevant experience in accounts/bookkeeping

    Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel is essential

    Sage50 accounting software experience would be advantageous, but not mandatory

    Reactive and able to handle incoming ad-hoc tasks

    For the right candidate, funding for AAT or equivalent training could be available
