- Managing Corporation Tax with opportunities to expand skills in advisory services over time
- Preparing Corporate Tax computations
- Supporting the audit team with Corporation Tax audits
- Reviewing complex Corporate Tax computations for the BSG (accounts) team
- Handling Quarterly Instalment Payments
- Conducting Capital Allowance computations and reviews
- Overseeing existing R&D tax credit claims
- Managing Employment Related Security returns (ERS)
- Setting up Enterprise Management Incentive Schemes (EMI's)
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Purchase of own shares
- Corporate restructuring
- CTA qualified or working towards qualification, preferably with an accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA.
