We are delighted to be representing a fantastic Insurance Brokers based in Norwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful growing team as a Claims Handler.

The position is mainly an administrative role while also dealing with clients and customers over the telephone.

The Role:
Accepting new cases and acknowledging receipt to our referral sources
Dealing with all aspects of client and customer contact (from initial contact until either refusal or off-hire)
Assessing claims and making decisions on liability
Approving / refusing claims for credit hire

You will need to have:
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication and Organisational skills
Good IT skills are essential
Your experience can be from an Insurer or a Broker of any size
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
