    Company DescriptionBroadley Studios is a state-of-the-art tech-led TV, film, and live stream broadcast facility located in Greater London.

    Situated in the heart of Marylebone NW1, our facility houses two studios and is known for its inclusive atmosphere, fast-paced environment, and technically progressive studios.

    Studio 1 and Studio 2 are equipped with the latest technical capabilities, offering a full 360 film production service and customizable options to suit any brief, budget, or channel.

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Broadcast Engineer. The Broadcast Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support for multi camera production, streaming. They will ensure smooth broadcasting operations, handle equipment maintenance, and assist in the setup and configuration of technical systems.

    The Broadcast Engineer will also work closely with the production team to ensure the quality and reliability of the broadcast.

    Recently we have invested in Brainstorm3D InfinitySet, a live multi-camera Virtual Production software with motion tracked cameras.

    We are looking for someone to join the team on a permanent basis and to train and grow in skills, operating this state of the art broadcast system.

    QualificationsTroubleshooting and Technical Support skillsWorking knowledge and experience in Broadcast Engineering and Broadcast Television workflowsKnowledge of broadcasting technologies and equipmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesRelevant certifications or degree in Broadcast Engineering or related field
