- Collaborate with senior management and global R&D teams to present new ideas and findings.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and deadline management.
- Conduct experiments and trials, adhering to best practices and professional standards.
- Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain project management software, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Monitor patents and collaborate with legal teams as needed.
- Foster collaborations with universities and external partners for future projects.
- Degree in Plant Physiology, Botany, Agronomy, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field.
- Previous experience as an Agronomist or Plant Physiologist in a commercial R&D setting.
