Office-Recruitment-Finance Assistant

Reading salary circa £30,000

"Finance & Recruitment Assistant"


The Role:
*Support with Finance on Sage Sytem to reconcile different aspecs of the company's business

*Reports raided for sales teams to support monthly margins

*Completion/Filing paperwork to ensure internal processes are being followed

*Setting up new customers on Sage systemand with credit approval

*Management of HR sytem on Bright HR

*Documentaion and H&S set up

*Ensuring invoices are sent out and monthlycollections from customers received/chased

*Liaise with Marketing and Recruitment for New Staff through to interview and the joining process

*Will have Experience in Microsoft Office - Excel and Outlook SAGE Accounting and Recruitment
