Join Our Team as a Plant Mechanic in Leeds


Are you a skilled Plant Mechanic with a passion for recycling? We have the perfect opportunity for you Our Leeds-based Recycling Company is seeking a dedicated Plant Mechanic to join our team.


Work Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday, with the option for weekend overtime as needed.
  • A typical day from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and repair plant machinery, including loaders, grab handlers, shredders, and conveyors.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in peak condition.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the team to keep our recycling operations running smoothly.

Requirements:


  • Experience with plant machinery, particularly loaders, grab handlers, shredders, and conveyors.
  • Strong mechanical skills and problemsolving abilities.
  • A proactive and safetyconscious approach to work.
  • A cando attitude with a commitment to excellence.

What We Offer:
