Due to continued success, they are looking to grow their HR team with the addition of a Learning & Development HR Business Partner.

Main Responsibilities:
- Work with the Talent Manager and department Heads, ensuring there is a proactive, future proof plan around people requirements, internal appointments, talent management and succession planning and a robust PDR process.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure attractive benefits are provided, fair rewards and performancerelated pay, promoting staff recognition.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify strategic L&D priorities.
- Work with external L&D providers and the HR team to coordinate the annual L&D programme.
- Design, manage and deliver internal training courses, including leadership and soft skills and promoting company values and culture.
- Lead on coaching and mentoring courses to support people, providing onetoone coaching with managers when required.
- Give generalist HRBP support to Line Managers across ER related activity including performance management, disciplinary, grievance and absence topics, managing stakeholders effectively throughout.
Key Skills & Experience:
- An experienced Learning and Development professional, with good coaching skills and experience curating and delivering soft skills training courses.
- Experience defining career development pathways and providing handson leadership development support.
- Demonstrable wider experience across the entire HR Lifecycle and supporting a business/stakeholders through complex HR matters.
- Proven experience developing strong working relationships and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication skills; written, verbal and active listening skills.
- Planned and organised, with the ability to work flexibly in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- A strong internal customer service ethic.
