Aufgaben:
The first point of contact for all Payroll related system issues. Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with integrity as guided by the Senior UK Payroll Manager in line with GDPR and Company regulations
- Under direction, responsible for ensuring that all Payroll and HR associated systems are managed accurately and efficiently.
- Monthly transfer of Master Employee and Payroll data from iTrent to corporate software AS4U
- Maintenance of master data, data tables and crossover between iTrent and AS4U
- Dealing with all AS4U queries
- Maintaining AS4U self Service Portal
- The role holder will be expected to display the ability to come up with effective and creative solutions to solve system and processing problems, ensuring an accurate and successful resolution
- Under direction, develop specifications for the systems and working in conjunction with other stakeholders play an integral part in any resulting implementations
- Play an active and constructive part of any projects that affect the Payroll function
- Design and deliver all system training
- Create accurate and timely reports using system functionality
- Continually review processes to ensure the system is fully meeting requirements and take the initiative to recommend development opportunities to maximise system efficiency
- Fully document system processes and regularly update
- Attend external system related seminars as required
Qualifikationen:
- MHR iTrent software experience
- Working knowledge of payroll
- Excellent computing skills spreadsheets, databases and wordprocessing
- Handling confidential information and ensuring information security protocols are adhered to
- Working within the construction industry
- Project Management skills
- Payroll System implementation experience
