    • Conduct Key Work Sessions with survivors to provide essential support services.
    • Receive comprehensive training in a person-centered approach.
    • Enhance facilities and organize activities for residents with a dedicated budget.

    This role involves working on site at a Brent Safe House with full training and equipment provided.

    • Advocate for service users to ensure access to their rights.
    • Identify risks and implement safeguarding measures.
    • Handle urgent requests and unforeseen situations professionally.
    • Possess a good understanding of services available to residents.

    To excel, you should have a creative advocacy approach, experience in accommodation management, and proficiency in computer tools.
