    Description
    As a leading specialist (re)insurance broking partnership, Miller is a recognised leader in our specialist fields.

    With offices in London, Ipswich, Bermuda, Brussels, Paris, Singapore and Switzerland, our network has increased to more than 900 colleagues.

    We have an excellent opportunity to join as an assistant in our Commercial Strategy and Distribution team. Air Traffic control – help field incoming client enquiries and find the right team at Miller.

    Maintain travel planners by checking in with teams on a monthly basis and picking up travel plans from the weekly calls.

    Promotes effective use of internal email distribution groups and Teams sites by posting relevant content and information on a regular basis.

    Client office and regional contact mapping using Microsoft Excel.
    Coordinate input from all Teams and research from websites/news articles leading an annual London competitor analysis.
    Promote Miller brand and values to enhance Miller's reputation in the market
    GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)
    knowledge of common IT systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel - and able to grasp new systems quickly
    office work experience in any industry
