    We are looking for a Business Director for one of the most reputed brand agencies in Ireland.     In this role, you'll spearhead client relationships, fostering strategic initiatives and managing projects and campaigns. Leading a team of talented professionals, you'll drive exceptional results through a unique blend of marketing expertise, leadership skills, and a relentless commitment to exceeding client expectations.     Responsibilities:

    • Utilize your deep marketing expertise to develop and execute result-oriented strategic initiatives that propel client success.
    • Lead client engagements from start to finish, guaranteeing on-time, on-budget delivery that surpasses client expectations.
    • Oversee a portfolio of accounts as the senior client contact, fostering strong and enduring relationships.
    • Leverage your analytical skills to track campaign results, glean insights, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
    • Develop compelling presentations and pitch decks that effectively convey strategic recommendations and creative concepts to clients.
    • Act as a mentor and leader for the Accounts Team, offering guidance, support, and inspiration to cultivate their growth and success.
    • Drive new business development initiatives, including identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the client base and generate increased revenue.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and/or sales roles, ideally within an agency with digital experience or a similar environment.
    • Experience managing a sales or accounts team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic marketing plans across various digital channels.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging presentations that resonate with audiences.
    • Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of numbers, adept at extracting insights from data and making informed decisions.
    • Proven track record of success in securing new clients and driving revenue growth.
    • Highly knowledgeable about digital marketing tools and platforms, leveraging technology to optimize campaigns.
    • Possesses a positive and proactive approach, demonstrating resilience in tackling challenges.
    • Natural leadership abilities, adopting a hands-on approach and taking ownership of projects.
    • Maintains an ambitious mindset with a passion for continuous personal and professional development.
    • Demonstrates a commitment to excellence, dedicated to exceeding expectations for both clients and the team.
