Your role as a senior recruitment consultant:
Using our suite of available resources to identify candidates for active contract requirements, and to build your network of contractors for future requirements
Owning the end-to-end recruitment cycle; Ensuring your performance meets agreed activity and revenue goals (KPIs)
Work as an integral member of #TeamSEC, providing mentorship to junior colleagues

You've got proven experience in a contract, 360-recruitment role - life sciences or tech experience is a bonus
You have a strong grasp of the b2b sales process, and can demonstrate examples of how you've nurtured client leads and won new accounts in the past
You have a creative and personalised approach to both sourcing and selling, and take pride in building meaningful relationships with prospects, clients and candidates
You're ambitious and have a keen interest in self-development and career progression
