    Facilities Manager


    An exciting opportunity has come up for a motivated Facilities Manager to join our team and take charge of ensuring effective building maintenance support at the site.

    The role


    As a key member of the Engineering team, you will offer hands-on maintenance support and manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements for the factory.

    Accountabilities
    • Driving excellence and team performance
    • Supporting all building maintenance activities
    • Implementing best practices and promoting continuous improvement
    • Contractor management and process adherence
    • Managing and optimizing stock levels
    • Contributing to health and safety plans
    • Implementing PM schedules and improvement plans
    • Developing PPM system and compliance dashboard
    • Enhancing planned maintenance operations through efficiency reviews

    About you


    You should have solid engineering and subcontractor management experience, particularly in legal compliance within a food manufacturing environment.

    Being action-driven, results-oriented, and able to work well under pressure are essential.

    You need to be an effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.

    If you are a proactive, reliable engineering professional with leadership qualities, this role is perfect for you.
