Full Time – Monday-Friday 08:45-17:00
Work directly with Children and Young People, gaining insight into their lived experience and developing interventions to improve outcomes.
To work with parents /Carers, children and young people families through home visits or otherwise, ensuring that good outcomes are achievedTo complete recording on case files that is accurate and evidences the voice of the child throughout intervention and planning
To organise and lead on group work with parents, young people and children.
To ensure children and their parents have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the service.
To support the development of the Family Hub model
To effectively utilise supervision to discuss casework, training or any other issues as appropriate.
To ensure adherence to policies and guidelines.
To contribute to team meetings and the planning process
To participate in appropriate training and development programmes
