We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

    The shift pattern for this position is 09:00 – 17:00.

    NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde are looking for 2 x Junior Technical Analysts to join the Mail & Directory Team within eHealth. The Team's primary objective is to deliver comprehensive Mail and Storage services to all IT Customers across NHSGGC.

    The team's secondary objectives include, continually developing and improving National Mail and Storage infrastructure services, and assisting other Teams in support of the complete IT infrastructure and management of network user resources.

    Post-holder will provide 1st line customer support for both Incidents and Requests and will work within a rota system for covering different sites / groups of sites, depending on workload and involvement in Strategic Objectives.

    The post-holder must have a combination of relevant technical education, qualification and IT experience.
